The last time I'm Curse of Strard, after defeating Babala Saga,

though at great cost, the party find the symbol of Ravenkind and head for safety and rest.

On Root, they meet up with Ezmer Elder once again, and she tells them of safety in the

nearby town of Cresic, as well as a powerful ally.

She introduces Alvaski, a strange man and member of Cresic's clergy.

The party agree to travel with her and make their way to Cresic without issue.

On arrival, they are given a home to rest in, and Alvaski and the Maya are nerve everyone

else around them.

During the night, Rose believes she dreams about Shadow beyond the veil, contacting her

through a mirror, begging Rose to come to Castle Ravenloft and kill her and end her suffering

as a creature of undeath.

Rose soon realizes that this was no dream, and softly weeps, clutching Shadow's amulet

and Yespas Dagger close to her chest.

As the new day begins, the party explore Cresic and Tatiana asks Dog's body to accompany

her to a small pond nearby.

Here, she shows Dog's body a vision of himself before his madness and curse of Lycanthropy,

as a valiant protector and assures him that he can become that man again.

He asks Tatiana to think on it, and the party heads to the monastery to meet with a mysterious

abbot who rules Cresc or Cresic, whichever way you want to pronounce it.
