Hello, welcome back. Last time on High Rollers, the Champions of Arois were in the process

of helping the Titan Valena forge an artifact called the Starseed. Advice for houses the

knowledge, memories, and magical essence of Arois, and acts as a beacon for the souls in the

afterlife to follow it to another universe should this one fall to Hadar's hunger. The process had

been extremely challenging and Valena heavily weakened. However, Valor manifested a fragment of her

true divine nature and through manipulation of time and space altered the challenge to give our

champions a fair chance. With Quill completing the knowledge foci and no over the connection foci,

it was down to Century who made contact with the Hope foci. After a moving and powerful exchange

and Century stating her hope for an Arois that no longer needed heroes, the Starseed was completed.

An exhausted, drained Valena laid down her hammer for the last time and took the party to witness

the completion of her other project. The second task she had been given by Siasca, a tool for those

who would rise up against their enemy. Transporting the party to the surface in the oceans of the

Hawksdorn Archipelago, the champions witnessed an enormous vessel emerge from beneath the waves,

a section of the Arcane Metropolis of Solven restored and adapted, converted into a colossal

astral battleship, the Astoria. While the Astoria and the gemstone constructs left to operate it

in the champion's hands, Valena gave up her divine essence and rejoined with Siasca in the halls

of infinite resplendents. And that is where we pick up this week. Very well done, Tom Hazel,
