After defeating the Prince of Pleasure Grats, the party pleaded with the Archfamous

Mara, speaking harsh truths for offering empathic comforts as well, and with the specters

of justice and death hovering around the dying Thalia.

Through their words and actions, the party convinced Mesmera to allow Thalia to live, ending

the curse, whilst there remains much resentment and pain for Mesmera, Rose Meadow, now calling

herself Hope chooses to stay behind and help her whilst the party returns to eroas.

However, unactivating the wayfinders guide to return to Horizon, the party struggle to

return, and it takes all of the artifacts power to break through some sort of barrier.

Initially, a little puzzled, the party returned to their apartment in Horizon seemingly unharmed.

The Quill quickly hears the sound of battle outside, and gathering at the window, a hero

see that Valkyrian troops are currently assaulting Horizon.

Arvel and Petal bust into the room fearing intruders, and quickly speak with the party before

Quill receives sending spells from both Commander Reign of the Horizon Guard and Valla Valkyrian.

The latter being pursued by Zarkirra, the former trying to fight up a number of powerful

foes in the city, including Construct Braggens.

Racing to their raid, the party quickly vanquished some Narga and Construcks, but are ambushed
