So, guys, Derek, more plates more dates.com.

0:02.0

Today I want to talk about high dose testosterone versus stacking.

0:06.0

So this would be, you know, using more like a TRT level of testosterone or a, you know, like

0:11.0

barely superphysiologic amount where you aren't running into estrogen control issues or

0:16.0

severe, you know, androgenicity issues.

0:18.0

And then stacking anabolic steroids on top of that,

0:20.9

like nandrolum, like premium ball and et cetera, just kind of like what the point of it is

0:26.3

and why I am sort of against high testosterone cycles in most cases.

0:31.2

The first reason is most people, after you hit a certain threshold, you know, that threshold is different for everyone.

0:38.7

Some people can handle, you know, 500 milligrams plus with no estrogen issues.

0:42.0

And then some people can't even handle, you know, 200 milligrams without having severe, you know,

0:46.8

gyno flare up, having, you know, acne, hair loss, blah, blah, blah.

0:50.6

Basically, the problem with the high test cycles is not necessarily that they're worse than

0:57.0

stacking in a tissue selectivity context, perhaps they are. But in a side effect context, you could

1:02.9

argue a high test cycle is actually better than, you know, stacking in some regards. But the

1:08.6

problem is most people are putting themselves in a position where they

1:11.3

have so much testosterone in their system that they're forced to use an aromatase inhibitor

1:15.4

just to use that dose of testosterone. So I posted recently about the neurotoxicity in the body

1:22.1

that occurs with the use of aromatase inhibitors in conjunction with therapeutic levels of

1:27.1

testosterone and superphysiological levels of testosterone. And at the end of theomatase inhibitors in conjunction with therapeutic levels of testosterone and

1:27.8

superphysiological levels of testosterone and at the end of the day super physiological levels

1:31.8

of androgens are going to be neurotoxic regardless of what you're using but the estrogen
