the world.

I don't know, it just to me, it seems insane.

Also, to channel Angelo again, he really

disliked the fact that we never declared war

in the last few conflicts we were in in the Middle East.

I guess our friend John, you would say the authorization

to use military force, the AUMF is the equivalent

of a declaration, but it wasn't really

and was used very broadly for a very long time

across all different kinds of conflicts.

So at the very least, if Connany wants to make his case

and try to persuade a congressman and then have them all
