The national attention and in case we have forgotten because we keep hearing

that 2014 has been the warmest year on record. I ask the chair, you know what this is? It's a

snowball and that's just from outside here. So it's very, very cold out, very unseasoned so here Mr President catch this.

Now the reason we're talking about this is because it was announced earlier today that he has passed away at the age of 89 from a sudden illness. It was
