My name is Kim Zikersi and I might just be the least sporty person you could meet.

As a disabled person, I felt pressure right back from my childhood to play sport like I

need to prove I can be physically active to be successful, be the Paralympian.

I rarely watch sport or play it.

But whilst my relationship with sport may be a complicated one, I do recognise how important

it is to communities across the globe.

It's a way to be myself.

I feel like I won't fly if you're alive.

In this series, I want to be taken out of my comfort zone.

It's a little bit of a sensation I might have been on a roller coaster right now, I think.

Commercial competitive sports haven't really drawn me in, but I've heard there is a world

of lesser-known sports out there.
