The driver's going to be making fewer left turns.

So why is that a big deal?

Well, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 22% of crashes involve a car making a left turn at an intersection. And that's good to know. Oh, speaking of, UPS trucks almost never take left-handed turns too. And they've been doing this for decades, for safety, and also just to save on gas. They figured this out decades ago, way before consumer GPSes. And thank goodness for GPS's, because I'll tell you, I'm really bad at navigation, but it gets me places, though.

It really does.
