Thank you so much.

You're spending some time with me, whether you're going to sleep,

you're driving somewhere, you're cleaning up your house,

you're walking your dog.

If you're in the gym, I don't even know.

I do not have the ability to watch something on TV or listen to something that isn't music in the gym.

I think if I was using an elliptical or a treadmill to just do some walking,

and really, I mean, especially with a treadmill, you could put that at like an incline.

Just doing walking is great for you. So unless I was doing that, it just has to be music.

It has to be music for me.

And if you don't need that to get a great, great workout in, or just my mind would wander

too much.

But if you don't need that, kudos to you.

And if you're up late at night right now on the 9th of June, working out late at the gym.

I mean, I want to say like I'm impressed, but maybe you're going through a hard time.
