0:07.0	Today, in the next three minutes, I want to lead you in a guided prayer based from a beautiful verse.
0:14.0	You may not have much time today, but three minutes of allowing yourself this space can mean so much to your soul.
0:25.5	The psalmist says, drink deeply of the pleasures of God.
0:29.9	Experience for yourself the joyous mercies he gives to all who turn to hide themselves in him. You are hidden in him today. For these moments, nothing else matters.
0:52.4	All the things your day is dedicated to.
0:57.2	Cease just for a moment.
0:59.8	And you are here with him.
1:04.1	His rich mercies.
1:07.0	His new beginnings.
1:09.1	His endless love.
1:19.7	You belong to Him. You are hidden. You are protected. You are provided for.
1:32.6	Amen. Say amen just for a moment. Often we use that at the end of a prayer. But amen means let it be so. All of those things I spoke a moment ago. Say out loud, amen. Let it be so to me say these words have to me

1:54.0	I am yours
1:59.0	I am yours. I am yours.
2:01.6	God guide me.
2:06.6	And He is, and he will, even now, fill our minds and thoughts with the way we are to go.
2:23.3	And lastly, say this with me, God open my eyes to serve others.
2:31.3	God open my eyes to be aware so that I might serve those around me.
2:37.0	And now as you go from this place, as we conclude this prayer, I assure you, you are hidden. He is your guide. You are loved. And this day is his and yours
