We just got done doing a stop behaving conference, which is one of our dad tire conferences,

0:09.5

one day conferences. We were in New York and halfway through that, I could tell I was losing my

0:14.1

voice. So I apologize for sounding like death. I couldn't even laugh. It sounded like an 85-year-old

0:20.6

chain smoker. Anyway, I'm glad that you're here.

Today's going to be a great episode. A lot of good nuggets. I do recommend that you listen to this

0:28.2

with some headphones on, maybe just by yourself, aren't quiet. We talk about some heavy things or

0:33.2

0:39.5

A lot of guys just can't get good sleep for whatever reason, work or whatever. But man, if you can

1:05.4

control your sleep and how much sleep you get as a tired dad, my two-year-old last night was in my bed multiple times

1:12.4

because of just not feeling well or dreams or whatever. So I get it. It's not always possible,

1:17.2

but if you can control your sleep, you want to do it. Anyway, one thing I've done when I was trying

1:21.8

to take my sleep health really seriously when I was getting serious about that, I invested

1:25.9

in some blackout shades. I got them

1:27.7

specifically from my daughter's room so she would sleep well. They say that, you know, if you want

1:31.9

your kids to sleep well, it needs to be pitch black in the room. And then I ended up just loving

1:36.0
