I live in New York City.

It's noisy.

I can only control so much audio.

I can only control my personal home sounds,

but anything outside the building we have to deal with it

it's a nice lesson of life though you know you can only control yourself you can't control

anyone else now I am so thrilled to have you here to have you

listening. I love the idea of you folding your laundry or walking to the

grocery store or driving in your car listening. I think that's amazing because as

someone who makes YouTube content and watches a ton of YouTube content, I'm most

likely in my bed or on the couch for that. I'm not doing anything else and especially with the

winter coming up. I want you guys to be doing things. It's important to stay doing things to

stay moving. If my podcast can be an excuse for you to go on a walk, I love that.

Like I absolutely love that.
