So it's for me, it honestly started during the pandemic.

I know I've mentioned before that I like to socially drink.

And when I say socially drink, I mean, like, drink.

I'm not a one and done kind of chick.

And so I was socially listening a lot and I was also a bartender.

And you know, so I would, I would drink, you know, on the weekends, that sort of thing.

But when the pandemic happened, I stopped drinking because I wasn't socializing.

And it just became a, you know, an occurrence for me to realize, wow, I feel so much better
