able to talk about it. In her book, she shares her personal experience with miscarriage and her

journey to find hope again. The way I found out about Rachel was through her earrings, actually.

After losing her first child to miscarriage in 2017, she launched hope again collective,

a handmade earring line that has allowed her to connect with hundreds of fellow women and

mamas who have also experienced infant loss. Today on the show, we talk about the five stages of hope.

We each share our personal stories with miscarriage. I've walked through miscarriage as well. We

talk about the layers and layers of complicated grief and emotions that's often surround miscarriage.
