I hope I really hope that wherever you are, the October brings fall weather.

Here in Texas, it is up for grabs as to whether we're going to get fall towards the end of this month or not.

You never know.

You guys, we had an exciting weekend over here at The Happy Hour and there were about 150 of you that were with us this weekend.

We had our holiday gift guide live, which honestly, I hate to say it's one of my favorites because it means a lot of things are not my favorite,

but it is truly one of our entire team's favorite nights.

For a couple of reasons, one, we get to gather with people, which is so fun and we have all misgathering in certain capacities since early 2020.

That's exciting, but it's also super exciting because the reason the holiday gift guide started was because I wanted to showcase small businesses.

I wanted to say, hey, y'all, it's the holidays.

Let's not shop just from Big Box companies, which don't get me wrong.

You can, I do, but also let's be intentional with where we spend our money.

We've been doing the gift guide for years and years and years and last year was our first live one and we did it again yesterday.

You might be feeling bad right now because you're like, Jamie, why are you telling me all about this?

Because I didn't get to go, but I do want you to remember to listen to the show and watch the video.
