I'm your host Jamie and I'm super excited to join us today for episode number 486 with my friend Joel

Madame Oli and I invited Joel on because I wanted to chat about good Friday today is good Friday

If you are a Christian today is a very special day in our faith

It is the day that Jesus was crucified and that day is something that we can just become a

Custom to it doesn't seem like it has the greatest effects on our life every day right now

But what Joel did today is he takes us back and looks at history and by doing that we get to see the gravity of what it would

Ament in the current culture to be crucified on a cross and so we talk about that today

We talk about how we have the cross as a symbol of hope these days when previously it was not a symbol of hope

I also as Joel

What does it look like his parents to talk with our kids about Jesus being crucified and how do we do that?

And then I also ask him why did Jesus have to die?

What was the point of the cross and so today's conversation is really special

It's really important and it's really informative as well and Joel and I just have a great time as well
