Guys we have a great show today. My friend Hunter Beelis came in, she flew down from North

O'Sark and saw, joined me in the studio and we had a really great conversation about a lot

about Bible literacy and that's a word that her and I both attribute to our friend Jen

Wilkin. In fact I'll tell you real quick, Jen Wilkin has been on the show before.

She wrote a book called Women of the Word.

Highly, highly, highly, highly recommend that book.

Anyhow today on the show we talk about Bible literacy and Hunter is doing some phenomenal

work with helping children and families really integrate Bible literacy into their family

time and she's a new book that's coming out just a couple weeks on April 19th.

It's called Read It, See It, Say It, Sing It, Knowing and Loving the Bible and this is a

kids book and so she tells us in here why she wanted to write a book for kids about this

and I really appreciate her take on that and so if you know around here I love kids books.

I have four kids myself. They're all grown up now and not reading books like this anymore

but I will say that when my kids were little this would have been a very important book

in my house. On the show today Hunter I also talk about like home school life and motherhood
