I used to race home from school to watch Oprah and Sally Jesse. Raphael. Well, now you can watch Jamie ivy on the Jamie ivy show today. Our first guest is more like a kennis and more like a friend of mine here in Austin, Texas.

Although she just recently moved and I'm so sad about that, but she's an Olympic gold medalist and she also ran track here at the University of Texas. In the show, we talk about her life as an Olympic athlete.

We talk about what it was like to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, which is another reason you need to go watch the show over on YouTube is because she lets me hold her metal and that was super super fun.

She ended up signing a contract with Nike and now she runs for living. Yes, that is her job. Isn't that fun? In the show today, we talk about an injury that she endured in 2018 with the ruptured Achilles tendon, which normally you guys this will be a career ending injury.

And so her story is a lot about how she overcame this obstacle. You're going to really, really enjoy the show with my friend more like a you guys know we've been talking a lot about compassion international in the podcast in the month of November and December.
