Welcome back to another episode of Health Freedom for Humanity Podcast.

This episode, we had on Don Lester and David Parker again to discuss a number of things.

We discussed parasites, bacteria, fungi, mold. I think that's it, right? That's all that we

think that's it. Okay. And we wanted to open it up to clarify a couple points, maybe broaden on a couple points that they mentioned about mold.

And I'm going to go ahead and turn over to my co-host, Steph, to do just that.

Yeah. So it's my understanding that mold itself is not inhabiting the human body to any large degree.

It's the mycotoxicity that's produced by the mold and the water damage building.

And that is what we breathe in, VOCs, volatile organic chemicals, that we breathe in and

that itself can make us ill.

That can be measured on a urine test, for example.

Yeah, super simply that it's not the mold that is the issue.

It begs the question of like, is it the environment or is it the mold?
