Humanity podcast. I'm with Jody Meshik. And today we're going to get to talk to Dan Astin-Gregory,

who I mistakenly said doctor,

but that's only because the guy is so brilliant. He sounds like a doctor and I got my

doctors mixed up. What was it like for you, Jody? He is. He's a doctor of truth, as I call it.

In fact, it's the, it's the badge that we all have earned in the last 20 months.

I just have so much fun chatting with him, not just because of the accent, but I just, I enjoyed

so much listening to his perspective because it's it's a it's really a message of hope

and empowerment and sovereignty and taking your power back and and although we do find our

place in this dystopian orwellian world as he calls it right we also have this incredible opportunity to be able to create the world

that we want, to create the life that we want. So I just love how he phrases things and puts things

into context and shares about what really is going on, but also that message of hope.

Yeah. And, you know, Jody, there's just no getting away from the fact that every day I need

the perspective, the healthy perspective to keep me going because there's so much craziness out there.
