Hey, ladies. So I have a very special treat for today's episode.

I am doing an interview today with Terry Lynn Underwood.

And she had a new book come out this summer called praying for girls. And today we're going to

be chatting about that. We're going to be talking about praying for our girls, why girls

sometimes are a little bit different from boys in needing our prayer and how it's good for mamas too.

If you don't have girls, I want to encourage you to listen along anyway because we just talk about prayer in general. And then we go off on a rabbit trail near the end of the

episode talking about social media usage, how social media can be discouraging, how it can actually

be good sometimes, and kind of knowing your own boundaries with social media. So we kind of go down

a rabbit trail, but it's really, really media. So we kind of go down a rabbit trail,

but it's really, really good. So if you don't have girls, if you're a boy mom, I encourage you

to listen. If you don't have kids at all, still could be a good thing to listen to as you're

thinking about how you can encourage other people in your life. Plus, we're just going to be

kind of talking about prayer throughout it. So I think it could still be a good one. But I would just want to encourage you guys to come listen. It's going to be,
