mother's day as i'm recording this and i have a special message for all of us moms who feel

down maybe or like no one appreciates us so what do you do when no one appreciates what you do?

I know we have all had these feelings as a mom. And so we are going to be really just digging

into all of that today. We've got a great episode for you. So I don't have any other announcements.

So we're just going to go ahead and jump in the episode. So let's go ahead and get started. So here in the U.S., Mother's Day was just a few days ago,

just a couple days ago. And if you're listening to this in the future and Mother's Day was not

but the thoughts and feelings that can happen around Mother's Day are what prompted this episode.

So Mother's Day was a couple days ago. And maybe for Mother's Day, you got a small bouquet of flowers,

or maybe you got a handwritten card, or maybe you got a small bouquet of flowers or maybe you got a handwritten card or maybe you got a

half-hearted happy mother's day from your teen or maybe your husband did the dishes for you maybe

and maybe now you're feeling a little disappointed maybe you're feeling hurt that your husband didn't make a bigger deal out of the holiday

on Sunday.
