Jamie Belmay. Hi, and welcome back to the next episode of the Homemaking Foundation's podcast.

It has been a few weeks since we have posted a podcast, and we have a very good reason for taking

that break because on July 6th, we had our twin boys, Remington and Ryder, and they are both doing so well and getting so big.

They were six pounds, 12 ounces, and seven pounds, four ounces when they were born, which is huge.

Our first set of twins were five and a half pounds each, and I felt like at the time that was big enough. But these boys were

both about seven pounds, which is so healthy for twins. And we are just so thankful that they are

doing well and I'm doing well and that we had a mostly smooth C-section. My recovery this time

has been a lot slower than with my first set of twins because I lost a lot of

blood during the surgery and so that's really zapped my energy and so for the last three weeks I've just

really been lying low I've been resting nursing and of course trying to sleep when I can and we have

just been so fortunate to have a church body that has come together and has provided

us with meals and support and just for our own family that's been so supportive. And we are just so

thankful. It is just such a challenge to try to recover from a C-section and trying to take care of

four kids under two and a half years old. But it has been such a beautiful thing to see God's church come together and just really

support us like this.

And so we're so thankful and so happy to be spending this time now with our four boys,

which is just crazy that we are a family of six now.

But we are having so much fun and just really trying to enjoy this time

with our two sweet little newborns.
