yes to more family time. And this is something that has kind of been a recurring theme on my

podcast in the last couple of months. This is something that has been really heavy on my heart,

But we're approaching, we're in the middle of a really fun summer for our family.

We have our oldest twins are six.

Our middle twins turn four in about two weeks.

And our baby is two and a half.

She's not really a baby anymore.

But I'm in denial.

She's my baby.

And we're in a really healthy place with our family because I'm healthy. I was having major

hormonal issues and imbalances and stuff after our last baby was born. And we had five kids in

four years. Life was crazy. We really felt like we were in survival mode for about five years,

just five years straight, one thing after another. And so looking ahead to the summer where we're

healthy, we are, I mean, life is still tough. We do still have five kids, six and under. But compared
