I am so glad you are joining me here today.

And this week, we have some great discussion today on meal planning and just some other

kitchen tips that I have for you.

And I'm excited to dive into that.

But first, I want to share with you a

little bit about what our family has been up to this week. This is something new that I'm doing

at the beginning of each episode. I'm giving you a little glimpse into our life and into our ministry

and kind of a behind-the-scenes peek at what we're up to here at Homemaking Foundations. And over on my

So this week we have been really busy because my aunt and my grandma flew out here to California from Pennsylvania and they spent four days with us.

It was great to see them and get to just bond with them and everything.

And it was the first time that they have got to meet our new twins, Remington and Ryder,

who were just born in July. If you're just tuning in, we have two sets of twins. Our oldest

twins will be three in December and our newer twins were just born in July. So they're

just four, about four and a half months old right now. So then on Saturday morning, Jason watched

all four boys for me all morning and into the afternoon so that I could go shopping with my two
