almost at 200 episodes. It's totally crazy. And Jason and I had planned a couple months ago to do

something fun and kind of big for episode number 200. And we just realized the time frame that it was falling in was just not going to work.

in an effective evening routine. And what are some things that I've been kind of changing or playing

with when it comes to my evening routine and this is being brought up right now. It's a good time

to talk about it because, well, number one, I think an evening routine is the key to planning a

successful day. So for a long time, I would focus on my

morning routine. And that's what I was like, oh, the morning routine is where all the action

happens, like a good morning routine sets your day well, your day up well. But a good morning
