Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast. Today we're talking about three of my very favorite

books and resources for setting goals and kicking off your new year to a great start.

These are not new books I have found. And I have actually got Jason here on the podcast with me today

because he his someone was asking him for his recommendations on like some goal setting books

and things for the new year and so him and I were talking about it and he's like you know what

I think I have three top ones that are like what I highly recommend you work through and And he like came up with this system of books to work through. And as we were

talking about it, I thought, oh, this is perfect. We totally need to talk about it because all of these

books are fantastic. So I have got Jason here with me today. Yep. So I'm excited to have Jason

talking about this with me because these are books

that we've explored together. And actually, several of them are ones that we either are rereading or are
