Hi, and welcome back to another episode.

I am so excited to be here with you today, and I'm really looking forward to jumping

into today's episode.

But really quickly first, I wanted to share what my family has been up to the last few months. I've had some

comments from some of you asking how my babies are doing, how big they're getting, all that kind of

stuff. So I thought I would fill you in really quick on kind of what the last four or so months

have looked like in our household. And for those of you who are new to my podcast, we had our second set

of twin boys in early July. Yes, I said that correctly. Those are our second set of twins.

Our first set of twin boys will be three in December. And Remington and Ryder were born in early

July. They were about seven pounds each. And we are so

thankful because they are getting so big. They are big, chunky, healthy little boys,

grown up big and strong. And I think they are going to be rolling over any day now. It feels like it.

And they came right home with us from the hospital and they are just doing

great they are doing so fantastically and i had a C-section with them and while my life was never

really in danger I did lose a lot of blood during the C-section and it's normal to lose more blood with twins than with a

single baby, but I really lost too much. And we were really close to getting blood transfusions

as I continued to lose blood over the next 24 hours after I had the boys. But all my other vitals were really strong,

and I was doing really well other than the blood loss. So we held off on the blood transfusions,
