topic for today. We're going to be talking about some ideas for quality time with your kids and

more specifically young kids. So I know not everybody is a mom or a mom of little ones, but I think even if you

don't, maybe you'll have some really good ideas from this episode on how maybe you can partner

with young moms or come alongside young moms and help support them or maybe you have some

ideas of your own that you want to share. So in today's episode, I got a question from a reader about this topic, and I posted it on

Facebook to see what all you other experienced moms out there had suggestions on.

And so a lot of today's episode is going to be coming from all of your suggestions.
