We're going to be talking about hospitality.

And this is definitely something that is always on kind of my heart and mind this time of year.

And it's beautiful weather. And I just, I really start thinking about hospitality. I think we get

through kind of some of the craziness that can be spring. And I'm starting to look to summer and making

plans. And so this is just always, always a topic that is on my mind this time of year. It just happens again and again.
