Today is a great topic, although I probably say that every week, don't I?

But today is a fun topic.

What I've been trying to do lately on the podcast is kind of alternating episodes.

So let's say we have maybe a deeper theological kind of spiritual topic in one episode.

And then the next episode,

I'm trying to dive into some more kind of practical episodes. So a couple episodes ago,

we talked about grinding your own wheat and flour. And that was a really fun episode because

that's something I have been having a lot of fun with lately. And the response has been

insane from you guys. You guys have been so excited about it. of fun with lately. And the response has been insane from you guys.

your own flour at all and you think I'm totally crazy, that's totally fine. We're not going

to be starting to talk about that every episode. But it's really fun to be able to cover that.

And so today we kind of have a somewhat of a similar topic because we're going to

be talking about baby steps to a healthier home. And this is a topic I am very passionate about.

And we've got lots of, I'm going to kind of tell my story and then we've got lots of practical
