Colby's devotional on friendship with unbelievers

was one of my absolute favorites because I feel like this is something I have struggled with

in friendship the most. Like how do we do this? How do we navigate this? How do we be loving

without the judgment? And how do we be in the world and not of the world? All these questions

that we have. And so no greater person

to have on the show than my friend Colby. So Colby, thank you so much for being here. Would you

introduce yourself to people listening before we jump into all the goodness? Tell them a little bit

about who you are and what season of life you're in. And I also want to hear a favorite thing

that you're loving slash is making life a little easier.

My name is Colby.

I live in Nashville, Tennessee.

I was a pastor's kid, grew up, and just traveled all the time.

But I consider Nashville home.

My husband, Andrew, he is from Nashville.

So we're kind of, you know, we consider ourselves Nashville natives. I am a wife. I am a new mother. We just adopted a sweet little baby boy almost three months ago. And I am a songwriter primarily. And then I do some, with things like this devotionals and women's ministry some content creation it's kind of a it's kind of a mixture

but that's the yeah it's really fun so I'm learning how to navigate all of the, you know, work type of stuff that I do

with the newborn baby. So it's been fun, but it has been, it has been adventurous, to say the least.
