I'm Over the next four weeks, you guys, we are going there.

We are doing a friendship series here on the podcast.

A while ago, I got an email in my inbox from Lifeway B&H publishers, which they published

incredible resources and books for all ages, but they were asking, hey, do you want to be a part

of this hey friend, it's called Hey Friend, a devotional book for young women by young women

about friendship? And obviously, my first gut reaction was yes,

not because friendship is easy and I'm perfect at it, but actually because friendship has

always been gritty and hard working and sometimes hard and but also rewarding and beautiful.

And so I teamed up with a bunch of other incredible young women and we put together a

devotional for you.

It is jammed packed with truth and real life stories, struggles, victories, journaling

questions, scripture, all of the things.

And so I thought, what better of a way to celebrate the launch in a couple weeks on September

10th than to have some of the select authors from

the whole devotional to come together on the podcast and talk about certain things like

what do we do when we want friends, but God doesn't seem to be providing them. What do we do

with friendships that are just seasonal? What do we do with friendship hurt? What do we do? And how do we find

Christian friendships? What do we do when we're so busy? How do we actually have meaningful

friendships? What do we do with friendships with unbelievers? Like so much. And that's not even,

that's just scratching the surface in this devotional. And so in the coming week, starting with

today, we're going to have conversations with some of the real girls that wrote their real stories and the real hope of the gospel about Christian
