And I was blown away all weekend because you were

the podcast but of course we're still going to talk about it but But I'll just say, I was all on board with it. I saw the video and then I read a couple of reviews and my ideas have changed. And now your ideas have changed. All right. Well, we'll get into all that. We'll cover all that. And then I am obsessed with this new Airbnb for swimming pools that is like all hot in the DC area. It's a

genius idea. And it's not just DC. I think you can do it in any major city. I love it. And I feel

like we need to be doing this and then doing the podcast by poolside. Poolside pod.
