podcast. I didn't realize. Did you just wake up? What was going on? No, I have to say, I think

I'm getting up later and later. Like, this is not good for me. I think this is finally caught up

with me and I've lost my sense of schedule. It's true. We are getting lazier and lazier. We are in our house so tool. Like when we, when I first started out, I really did keep the routine. I was like, I'm going to brush my teeth every day. I'm getting up at six. Now, if I brush my teeth by three o'clock in the afternoon, it is a miracle. It is. It's a win. I know. It's a win. You guys, welcome to the Hey Frashe podcast. I'm Sarah Frazier along with my co-host, Andrea. You probably hear my family in the background. They were already going through the closets and cupboards looking for our lunch. Oh, yeah. Is it lunchtime already? Okay. Is it lunchtime already? Last week when I came up here to Maine, at first they were very respectful.

Like everyone would go downstairs when I was recording the show. But now it's turned into just,

you know, hanging out. Now they're like, oh, we're going to keep taking calls and go through the closet.
