Harrison Valentine joined by Gordy Rush. And for those who are listening, don't look now,

but the fighting tigers of LSU have won six in a row and are feeling good heading in to another

big road test against A&M this weekend.

Gordy, how are we feeling on this Thursday?

Well, I feel good.

You know, I think LSU continues to elevate their play.

After South Alabama, I thought that was as complete a football game as they played,

battled through the Ole Miss game, and then now Arkansas was the best game.

It replaced that South Alabama. They played four

quarters. I thought they were very solid in all three phases and they continue to the peak at the

right time. Okay, so somehow I looked at the recaps and everything. Somehow LSU has won eight of

their last nine against Arkansas and by somehow I mean, I think I've needed a pacemaker for six or seven of them.

But thankfully, Saturday was not one of those games.

LSU started fast.

I know Coach Kelly harped on it in his presser on Monday.

The team was less reactionary.

He thought they're a little bit more reactionary against South Carolina,

a little bit more proactive on Saturday.

And they ended strong.
