1:27.6	get whole wheat flour anywhere. And so, you know, my wife is a big, she, she loves baking. All of the bread that we normally eat is all whole wheat and homemade. And so it's been a, it's been an adjustment there. But I will say for the meat thing, man, I actually, I remember reading an article about it about like a week ago.
