I'm your host, Jack Spencer. We got Jack Haggard, producing this program for us. Hey, Jack, how are you, sir? I'm doing well. How are you? Very good, very good. Now, Jack, you might recall last week, we had three young guys, young gentlemen, young professionals in here to talk to about what they thought about energy and environment. Now, I have a

0:54.5

confession to make. I didn't choose them out of, you know, I wasn't like thinking for months and

1:01.4

weeks, how I usually do to pick our guests. Here's what happened. I hate to admit it, but I'm

1:05.4

going to admit it to you. We had a guest plan for that day. Who's going to be a future guest, by the way? And he canceled on me at the last minute. I thought, what am I going to do? I need to bring the people what they want. The people need their weekly power hour. How am I going to do that? I thought, hey, we got a bunch of people down the hallway here who are smart, have interesting things to say about other things. I'll wonder if they might have something interesting to say about energy environment. That's our interns. I thought it might be worthwhile to go see what they have to say. And that's how we got them. And I went down and there were only two of them in there. Now there should have been a whole bunch more. I don't know what they were out gallivanting doing, but there were only two of them in there.

I said, hey, I want to get a third, so they got a third. And we ended up with three guys. Now, some people are saying that that was on purpose. I just care about what guys think. And I want to assure you, Jack, that is not the case. that is just who was available.

And then afterwards,

2:02.7

some of the other interns,

2:04.7

um, assure you, Jack, that is not the case. That is just who was available. And then afterwards,

2:02.7

some of the other interns, um, they accused me of this. They said, you only want guys on your,

2:09.1

on your podcast. And I said that is not in fact true at all. In fact, I thought since we did

2:15.3

just have them, it gives us an opportunity at a little natural

2:19.9

experiment here.

2:21.4

Let's get some of our lady interns to come onto the podcast and see if their views on

2:30.4

energy and environment issues are the same or different.

2:36.4

And so that's what we're going to do today, Jack.

2:39.8

We have three more interns to talk to about energy environment.
