privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

Hello my friends, it's Sally Clarkson. How are you tonight? I am sitting back in my

little study, my little room in Oxford, the UK and Oxford England and I just arrived

back here a few days ago and it has been 55 degrees today for the high. It's been raining

all day and it is cold as can be. Where did this summer go? I hope that I'm finding

you well and at least warm in a good way inside your house, not too hot. And I'm just so

happy to be with you. This is a Sunday evening usually I do my podcast much earlier than

this but have you ever gone through a time when you just could not make yourself do what

you need to do? You could not work. And so I have been meandering through the past few

days. I can blame it on jet lag because that sounds important. I don't want to blame

it on laziness which is probably the reality but also I think sometimes when you fly overseas

and you're in a whole new situation, I just think there's time. So when you might as well

just go out and eat an ice cream cone because you're not going to have any good time to

work. So that's how I've been doing. But anyway, I have had so much fun being here. At

this point in my life having spent probably at least almost a fourth of my life overseas

as an adult, I find that the being here in Oxford and having friends here and having a home

here is kind of a seamless adjustment for me because I have my wonderful friends and

home in America and I've worked there a lot and I've had wonderful friends here in the

UK and have worked here and I'm looking so forward to seeing what works out this year for
