1:05.9	in these announcements? Well the first person who stands out is Javier Bicera
1:10.6	who is going to be the Health and Human Services Secretary. He is the Attorney
1:15.2	General of California. He's been leading the legal fight to preserve the
1:19.8	Affordable Care Act, leading the fight against President Trump's and some
1:24.0	Republican governor's efforts to dismantle it. He would be the first Latino
1:27.8	to head the department. He has had 25 years in Congress. He was in the leadership.
1:32.6	He was chair of the Democratic Caucus. So that really stands out. He's Joe
1:37.7	Biden has also selected Jeff Zines to be the White House coordinator of the
1:41.8	coronavirus response kind of like a coronavirus czar. Zines is a veteran of
1:47.2	the Obama administration and he's the guy who stepped into fix the ACA website
