0:31.8	So I thought I would come on here since I kind of shared that this is what would be happening

0:44.4	I think this is something that's becoming more and more obvious.
0:48.9	People are getting addicted to kind of technology and they're seeing its negative effects.
0:52.2	The very fact that iPhone has a way for you to monitor how much screen time you had that

0:59.0	Like why would your iPhone be interested in having you spend less time on it?
1:04.8	Well, it seems only because this is kind of entering into the public consciousness.
1:08.8	So this is something I think we can all learn from.
1:12.3	I've said it before, I'm very blessed that we, that I can take a month off the internet.
1:21.2	I had to work my butt off in July.
1:23.4	But then of course I had my assistant and I had a marketing team who are publishing things.
1:27.3	I had my sister actually was running my social media for the last two months.

1:33.4	And yeah, so that's a blessing.
1:35.6	So maybe you can, maybe you can't take a month off the internet.
