You know, my entire life, I had this limiting belief that I wasn't smart because a teacher told me that and a doctor backed that up by giving me a medical diagnosis with ADHD.

And so I felt like I wasn't smart. So I never really tried.

And then I go to college and I have this teacher tell me, Josh, you're great. You're a great writer. You're smart. You've got great potential.

And then all of a sudden, it changed my trajectory. I got mostly A's and B's in college, went on and earned a doctorate. And then I graduated from a top 10 university at Johns Hopkins

University and started five multimillion dollar businesses. And a lot of things happen but let me say this if I would

have kept having that limiting belief and I would have believed I'm not that smart I don't think

those things would have happened and I think for a lot of you you might have something in your

life where you feel like I'm not good enough I'm not worthy I'm not smart enough I'm not

talented enough I'm not pretty enough I'm not smart enough. I'm not talented enough. I'm not pretty enough.

I don't look. Whatever it might be, you may have some limiting belief about yourself that is keeping
