1:13.7	wants more than to grow in their faith, to grow in their love for God, their knowledge of God,
1:21.0	and the ability to love people like Jesus does. And you say in your new book, People Fuel, that people need people and that if we
1:31.1	want to effectively grow, we need to be able to find those right relationships in our lives.
1:36.7	Why did you feel the need to write a book like this?
1:39.6	Well, I guess as a psychologist and organizational consultant, what I've noticed is that a lot of people have a history of either picking people that are more drains and taking things out of them, and also people that just don't pick enough people.
1:56.1	So there's kind of a misunderstanding of how to get the right people around you.
2:00.6	One of my favorite passages, Kirk, is 1. Peter 410, where he says that we are the stewards of God's manifold grace.
2:08.7	And I think something we understand that we get our grace from God and the Spirit and the Bible and prayer vertically.
2:15.4	But God also said, you've got to get grace. We're the stewards of grace
2:19.2	with each other too. So literally, we're kind of the delivery system for the grace of God,
