Every time we talk about the midterm elections

this November, we got to begin every discussion of the midterm elections with this truth. The

president of the United States has declared war on our midterm elections.

Just think about that for a moment.

The President of the United States has declared war once again on our elections.

You know, I say a lot, and I mean it, because I don't say anything I don't mean.

I believe Donald Trump, I'm not talking about Trump's voters.

I'm not talking about Trump supporters.

I'm not even talking about all of Trump's Republican sycophants,

all of my former Republican colleagues in Congress,

all of my former right-wing conservative media colleagues.

I'm not even talking about them when I say what I'm about to say.

I'm only talking about Trump. I believe Donald Trump is America's enemy.

Donald Trump, our current president, is an enemy of this country.

Now, I've got a million reasons for why that is.

I'll just give you this one.

The heartbeat.
