Big news from the Democratic ticket this week, Vice President Kamala Harris picked her running mate and that

running mate is Minnesota Governor Tim

Walls and in full Forbes fashion you figured out his net worth but before we

dive into the numbers here in the finances. Tell us who is Tim Wall's.

Like you said, Tim Wall's is the governor of Minnesota.

And he wasn't actually born there, born in Nebraska.

He's a former National Guardsman, a former teacher, served six

terms in Congress in a light red district, rural district, and then became the governor of Minnesota so that is his in

very very brief his life story so let's make it a little less brief of a life

story let's start with his teaching career as well as service in the military.

Can you expand on those routes that he took a little bit for us?

Absolutely, and the two are kind of intertwined.

So he listed in the National Guard when he was 17. His dad was a Korean war

veterans and he was kind of following in his footsteps. And it's super unclear as to exactly how many years he was on active duty versus reserve duty.

That's kind of the nature of the game when you're in the National Guard.

We have requested a service record, so we might have an update for you when we get those.

But he was in between active and reserve duty for those first couple of years.

He ended up going to college on the GI Bill in Nebraska and then he, in another way way he was following his father's footsteps he became
