Okay, it seems like if you're a conservative podcaster, then at some point you've got to posit whether or not we're going to have another civil war.

And a lot of people do this kind of hyperbolicly. They do it because it's easy clickbait.

That's not what I want to do today. I actually want to look at what are the conditions and the potential catalyst necessary for a civil war to kick off.

And the reason why I think this conversation is relevant right now is because of things that a certain James Carville said very recently. Because James

Carvel laid out a Democrat strategy that very well could create the kind of conditions or the

potential catalysts, which could lead to, well, let's just say, outright civil war in the United

States. To be more specific,

Carlville and his co-host Al Hunt on the Politics War Room podcast, we're taking questions

from listeners on an episode released Thursday. One asked whether Democrats should, quote,

flood the zone with a corrective implementation policy using the majority to simultaneously enact a myriad of structural

changes to, quote, save our democracy and preserve our rights, if Democrats return to power in

2029. And Hunt said, I've got some thoughts about what Democrats should do when they return to power

in 2029, but you know I haven't thought that it through thoroughly yet. I'm really focused on what they should do when they win the House and maybe the Senate in 2027. Carville, on the other hand, offered a more aggressive plan of action. Carvel said, if the Democrats win the presidency in both houses of Congress, I think on day one, they should make Puerto Rico and D.C. estate. And they should expand the Supreme Court to 13, F it, eat our dust.

Now, there's going to be some people that say,

you know, Nick, he's just engaging in hyperbolic language, happens all the time in politics.

Well, Carville is known as the Ragen, Cajun, and everything else.

Carville was never considered like some sort of hyper-antifa typetype, you know, woke progressive.

Carville was the guy that really put together the strategy for the Clinton campaign in 94,

talking about it's the economy stupid.

He's always been this guy that, I mean, for lack of a better term,

he's had something more of a moderating influence on the Democratic Party,
