0:00.0	Welcome back to the Let's Be Friends podcast. This is your host, Kara. It's going to be just you and me today because today is a very special episode. I am going to share my story with you.
0:24.2	I've been sharing bits of my story and then everybody knows I've been talking about here comes
0:28.1	trouble my memoir, which I promise you is coming very soon, which is truly my story.
0:34.1	It is the story of my awakening and it really contains a lot of different layers and different
0:41.8	levels. And it's actually really taken me by surprise in so many different ways. And we're going to
0:48.6	get into that in this episode because whose awakening isn't complex. And everybody's awakening, everybody's journey
0:55.4	here in life is unique and is their own. And I believe everybody has a story to tell. And I
1:02.4	have this platform, this podcast, Let's Be Friends. I'm also hosting Not So Secret Societies now with
1:08.8	eyes on the right. And then I have, I can't believe that's news
1:11.2	with my friend Float universe. But this podcast, Let's Be Friends, this is my little personal project.
1:17.1	And I really want everybody to get to know me a little bit better because lately it's been a while.
1:24.3	I don't even know if I have any solo podcasts up because I've, to be
1:27.6	honestly, you have taken a bunch of old episodes down and really trying to hone the focus in
1:33.2	on really the episodes that explain more who I am now and not so much what I was going through
1:42.2	because awakening is a process. It's ongoing. And since I started
1:46.4	this platform last May, I've, I've been through a significant awakening. Another layer of the
1:52.2	onion has been peeled off. And I really want to start sharing my story. And I've held off
1:59.2	doing something like this in the podcast because I do
2:01.8	have my memoir. Here comes trouble coming out. And really, that book is, if you enjoy this episode,
2:08.4	that book is going to tell you all the details. Like, it's going to go, there's going to be chapters
2:13.3	on all the stuff that I'm just going to mention and talk about. The memoir, I have been working on for about 20 years, something like that.
