0:42.0	Well, I've noticed that the real estate market has slowed down.

0:47.5	Yes, definitely.

0:49.8	And what that means to me is, is if you were to buy another house,
0:53.4	and then it took two years to sell yours, that could put you in a pinch.
0:58.8	Yes, understood.
1:00.6	So I'm going to sell yours first, and then I'm going to buy another one, or I'm going to go rent somewhere until I buy another one.
1:09.5	One of the two, it might entail a double move.
1:11.9	It might entail doing something we used to do back before real estate went crazy,
1:16.0	white hot, was we used to do a contingency.
1:19.0	I will sell mine to you contingent upon me being able to find one in the next 30 days.
