They get involved in real estate. They think that they're going to pick something up, they're going to sell it, they're going to make X amount of money, but in actuality they end up selling themselves too short.

By myself, I only can do one property. But what if I had ten investors come together? Maybe I can do one property but what if I had 10 investors come together maybe I can do 20

property I realize very early on I can do a whole lot more with more people don't be

afraid to hire the right people don't look at how much the salary is going to cost, look at how much

value it's going to bring to your company. Who you are matters. I don't care about

your reputation. Your reputation is what other people give you, your character is who you are.

It has to work or it has to work.
