every week I say it's an important topic. And that's because pretty much everything we cover is important to one family or another.

I mean, if your family is dealing with a particular disorder, it's important for you.

But I think that it's also important for all of us because there really is value in understanding the trials and challenges that other families face.

Your challenge may be a different disease, but I think there's some empathy that develops when we really hear about the things that affect others, even when it's not in our own home.
